Not sure what you mean by cake. America is a polished nation in large part because of the legacy of American Freedmen.

Here's three recommendations to answer your question abou the what/when of "unity."

1. Nobody is interchangeable with American Freedmen. It's immoral and entitled to grift their way into our protections/setasides. Stop it.

2. When people stop trying to undermine and cos play the American Freedmen.

3. When the billion people in Africa practice the pan-Africanism there that they expect the 45 million American Freedmen to solve for the world.
