Unfortunately, it does matter. Not because I want it to but because foreigners have no grounding in America’s civil rights legacy. And they bring anti-Black biases from their own cultures/caste systems plus a belief that it’s their turn. All while they capitalize on the human rights legislation and wins if American Negroes. I don’t trade in fake affinity.
